In early 2021, Busey welcomed Jeff Burgess, Executive Vice President - President of Busey Wealth Management, and Willie Mayberry, Executive Vice President - President of Regional Banking. Each brought impressive career experience and vision to the table, and together they have leveraged Busey's strong foundation to develop a regional operating model—allowing Busey to grow in scale while meeting clients' needs on a local level.
