First Community Bank business and consumer online banking will be available until Friday, November 4. Beginning Monday, November 6, you will have access to Busey’s online banking systems—ebank and Business Access @ Busey. You will receive additional communication with your login credentials in mid-October. If you need account information over conversion weekend, please call Customer Care at 1.630.708.5738 or 1.800.841.6848.
Please continue using your First Community ® debit card through 2017. Beginning in mid-November, Busey will begin issuing Debit Mastercards® to replace First Community Bank debit cards. Your new debit card will include an EMV chip - an additional layer of security.

While you may notice a few enhancements to your paper statement and notices, in most cases there will be no change to the terms of your loan or line of credit. If there are changes that impact you, we will contact you directly. Mortgage Periodic Statements will be delivered on the 18th of the month. Automatic deductions for payments on your loan will continue with no disruption. You may continue to use your current coupon book and remit your payment with no change. If you have already established overdraft protection through these lines of credit, this will transfer automatically with no action needed on your part.
In addition, your loan account number on your statement and checks may change slightly. If you would like complimentary checks for your Busey Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) please contact your local banker after November 6.
You will continue to receive an end of year IRA statement. Current IRA information will be available on Busey ebank, or if you have a Busey checking account, you may request a monthly combined statement where this information will appear. You may notice a slight change to the way your CD or IRA number appears on your statement.
If your IRA matures after November 3, you will receive your maturity notice approximately three weeks prior to renewal.
You will keep your current safe deposit box and your existing key. For billing purposes, you will notice your safe deposit box account number will change. This will not change your box number.
Going forward, you will receive a billing statement in the middle of the month prior to your safe deposit box anniversary date.

If you have an existing pre-authorized transfer between accounts to cover overdrafts, this will carry over. To help minimize fees, we transfer funds in increments of $100 for a $10 charge per transfer.

Your overdraft limit(s) will not change through year-end but will convert to Busey’s adjustable overdraft limits in January based on your deposit and transaction history.
If you've elected to have your everyday debit card purchases paid when there are non-sufficient funds in your account, this will continue at Busey, and our standard $35 overdraft fee will apply. See pg. 25 in the disclosure booklet for more information.

Visit the Small Business ebank registration page and complete the form using the Tax Identification Number of the business. Approval of a small business ebank account may take up to two business days, however, if immediate access is needed, please call Busey’s Customer Care at 800.841.6848 for an expedited review. You will receive an email once your registration is approved.

Customer Care will be available during normal business hours on Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.; with additional hours on Sunday, noon - 5 p.m., to assist with online banking, debit cards or other conversion questions.
