At Busey, the health and safety of our associates, customers and communities are top priorities. As we evaluate public health conditions and monitor COVID-19 resurgence throughout our footprint, we continue to make necessary adjustments to lobby service at select locations.
 
Branch lobbies across Busey’s footprint will resume lobby services on Monday, February 8—with lobby doors remaining locked at our Illinois and Missouri locations to ensure current safety protocols and capacity limits are achieved. If you are visiting your nearest branch location, please use the doorbell located outside the main entrance at our Illinois and Missouri locations to signal arrival.
 
Customers are encouraged to continue utilize Busey's remote banking capabilities, including our convenient Bank by Appointment feature, as well as calling ahead to schedule in-person appointments.
