Official Rules: Customer Appreciation Day Giveaway

No purchase, account, application or obligation necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted only within Busey’s regular business hours on February 17, 2023. Winners of the giveaway will know immediately upon use of the Scratch-Off ticket.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Giveaway, you must be physically present at a Busey service center during regular business hours on February 17, 2023. Participants will be given a “Scratch-Off” that contains the chance to win a Global Giving gift card, which grants them the opportunity to donate to a charity of their choice. The value of the prize is $10 and was provided to the Sponsor for promotional consideration.

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United

States. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees of First Busey Corporation, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are eligible to enter.

PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: The value of the prize is $10. This item is not returnable or redeemable for cash and has no implied warranties. If this item is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Participants will know if they are selected to win immediately upon the reveal of their Scratch-Off.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and images/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction or any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or mailed-in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the giveaway.
