Important Conversion Notes
A final Glenview State Bank statement will be mailed to customers on August 13. This special paper statement will include payment of all earned interest, and no fees will be assessed. If your periodic statement falls on August 9 - 13, you will receive your final Glenview State Bank statement on August 13.
You may continue to use your existing Glenview State Bank checks. Busey partners with Deluxe as our preferred check provider. To place a check order with Deluxe, stop by your local service center for assistance. If you wish to order checks from a different provider after August 16, please be sure to update your bank routing number to 071102568.
If you use GSB’s HOMEBanker or BUSINESSBanker to access your personal accounts, you will transition to Busey’s eBank, available through the Busey – Mobile App or by logging in through Busey’s homepage. Additional information about this will be mailed to customers in early August.
Online & Mobile Banking Guide FAQs
GSB bill payment will end at 10 p.m. CT on Wednesday, August 11. Payments cannot be edited or canceled after this time. Any payments created that day or scheduled for August 12 or 13 will process as scheduled. Future dated payments scheduled for August 16 or after will pay through Busey’s Bill Pay system.
Will my bill pay information transfer over to Busey’s system automatically?
If you have eBills connected through GSB bill payment currently, these will need to be re-established in the Busey eBank platform. Additionally, any automatic payments connected to these eBills will need to be re-established.
How can I access Busey’s Bill Pay?
You can use Bill Pay on the Busey – Mobile App or through your online account. Simply log in to your account. Click the menu on the left and select payments to add a payee. Either pay a person or pay a company. Select which one you would like and enter the information found on your physical bill. The payee will now be added to your payee list for future reference. Choose to make a payment right away or schedule it for later. Select an account, enter the amount and choose a payment date. You can also schedule a recurring payment if you would like.
Will I still be able to use Zelle® during conversion weekend?
August 13-15, you will be unable to access Zelle®. If you attempt to access Zelle® during this time, you will be prompted to sign up through the standalone Zelle® app. We recommend waiting until August 16, when you can access Zelle® through Busey eBank. You will need to re-establish your recipients through Zelle®.
Can I still use Mobile Deposit through Busey?
If you are currently enrolled in Mobile Deposit with GSB, this will carry over and you do not need to re-enroll.
What can I expect with Busey’s Mobile Deposit?
With Busey eBank, you’ll be able to submit deposits until 5 p.m. CT, giving you an extra hour in your banking day. Payments made before 5 p.m. CT Monday – Friday will be available for use by 5:30 p.m. CT. Payments made after the 5 p.m. CT cutoff or over the weekend will be available by 5:30 p.m. CT the next business day.
What are Busey’s card management features?
We’re pleased to offer robust card management features directly in your eBank platform. You can turn your card on or off at any time, report it lost or stolen, add travel notifications, re-order or activate cards, set categorical budgets, assign authorized users and establish geographical or spending type limits all within eBank.
Will my rules and alerts through GSB’s card management transfer over?
For SecureLOCK Equip users, any previously established Rules & Alerts must be recreated through Busey eBank or the Busey – Mobile App.
What capabilities do I have on Busey’s eBank platform?
We offer a wide range of options for you to utilize. Whether you want to open a checking account, add a vacation savings account or apply for a mortgage or car loan, you can do so anywhere, anytime. A variety of checking, savings and loan options are available to meet your needs. Apply online at busey.com.
