Social Media Contest Official Rules

No purchase, account, application or obligation necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway consists of one entry period on March 20, 2024 between 9:00 a.m. CT and 4:00 p.m. CT. Entry submissions for the Giveaway is specified within the social media (Facebook) post. Winner will be randomly selected and contacted directly.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway, for the social media post referenced, you must like and share it then comment what your score prediction is. At the end of the promotion, the winner will be contacted to claim their prize. The value of the prize is $15 and was provided to the Sponsor for promotional consideration.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Busey and not to these sites. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees of First Busey Corporation, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are eligible to enter. You must respond to claim your prize within five business days of the giveaway's close. If you fail to do so, the prize will no longer be redeemable. 

PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: The value of the prize is $15. This item is not returnable or redeemable for cash and has no implied warranties. If this item is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: At Sponsor’s discretion, prizes may be distributed electronically, through the United States Postal Service, or picked up at participating Busey locations.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and images/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction or any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or mailed-in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the giveaway.
