Routing Number Retirement

The CrossFirst Bank routing number will be retired at the end of the year (December 31, 2025). On that date, transactions submitted with that routing number will not reach Busey, meaning we cannot view or process the transactions. Beginning on June 23, 2025, ensure uninterrupted service by confirming that your checks, deposits, wire transfers and scheduled transaction are updated with Busey's routing number 071102568.

What should you do before June 23?

  • Continue using the CrossFirst routing number(s) you use today.
  • Continue using your remaining CrossFirst Bank checks. 
  • Do not update any of your financial information with the new routing number until June 23. 

 

What should you do on or after conversion on June 23?

  • Discontinue using the CrossFirst Bank routing number and begin using the Busey Bank routing number (071102568).
  • Contact anyone with whom you have established automatic payments or deposits and advise them to update your bank name and routing number to ensure uninterrupted service. We will also send a Notice of Change to companies using an outdated routing number advising them to update your information, however companies will likely want to verify this change with you. 
  • Destroy all your unused CrossFirst documents (checks, deposits slips, etc.) or visit one of our service centers and we will be happy to help you properly dispose of your documents.
  • Update your routing number in your IRS records to avoid any potential tax processing delays.
 

Check Ordering:

If you use paper checks, your current CrossFirst checks will be honored through the end of the year. CrossFirst customers will be able to order free consumer or discounted business checks prior to conversion. We will update this page with instructions when this promotion becomes available.
