A skilled leader with over 20 years of experience, Todd is Managing Director, Wealth in Busey’s Denver Market. Ensuring client satisfaction and retention with top-tier service, he and his team provide full-service wealth management and private banking solutions.
Prior to joining Busey in 2025, Todd launched and led the creation of Mines Venture Fund, a pre-seed and seed-stage investment platform aligned with Colorado School of Mines and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). He also held roles with BOK Financial, CoBiz Financial, The Assist Group, Revelation Global and Qmedtrix. His extensive career first started with his position as a Quantum Portfolio Manager at Prudential-Bache.
Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in International Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado. He also attended the Columbia Business School program on Venture Capital. Todd has been involved with the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation Board of Governors and currently is a mentor with the Colorado School of Mines Entrepreneur and Innovation program and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, advising scientists, engineers and applied scientists in taking their inventions from the lab to commercialization. He also served as a sponsor family of the U.S. Air Force Academy cadets, has been involved in the support of Special Olympics, and is a past recipient of the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award – Bronze-level.
