With over a decade of banking experience, Eric is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service by creating a premier banking and wealth management experience for clients. With a focus on crafting tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals, Eric brings his adept problem-solving abilities and genuine commitment to the table as he partners with clients to help them achieve their financial objectives.

His multi-faceted role includes managing client relationships throughout the onboarding process and with ongoing check-ins. With precision and a commitment to service excellence, Eric provides consistent engagement and proactive relationship support while overseeing plan implementation and strategies.

In 2019, Eric joined Busey as a Service Center Manager. He quickly moved into the role of Market Manager in 2020 before joining the Busey Wealth Management team as a Private Client Manager two years later. He moved into his role as a Fiduciary Advisor in 2024.

A native of St. Louis, MO, Eric holds an Associate of Science in Business Management from Rasmussen University.

Janice leads the Private Wealth Advisory team in St. Louis. She believes that a truly comprehensive and tax-efficient approach is the key to long-term financial security and sound legacy planning. With over 15 years of bank experience, she offers a depth of skill and expertise in advisory services, investment strategies, trust administration and private banking solutions.

Janice has served numerous financial savvy and successful families as Wealth Advisor, previously with Enterprise Trust Company and U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve in Clayton, MO. She draws from a strong foundation of tax and estate planning experience. Janice served for 13 years as a tax advisor with KPMG, specializing in all aspects of high net worth individual income taxation, estate, gift and trust planning and compliance. Her tenure at KPMG included eight years in the Personal Financial Planning group in St. Louis and over five years in the International Executive Services practice in Toronto. Janice became a Certified Public Accountant after receiving a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting from Saint Louis University. She now offices in Creve Coeur, MO.

Joining in Busey’s Kansas City Market as Managing Director, Wealth, Kevin has over 25 years of wealth management experience and 10 years of leadership in Private Banking and Wealth Management. He has a proven track record of overseeing teams and driving hundreds of millions of dollars of assets under management, credit and deposit growth, and expertise in the development, management and retention of high value client relationships.

With Busey, he is tasked with helping build a fully integrated team to help support the growth of Busey Wealth Management and Private Banking while ensuring a seamless client experience. Prior to joining the organization in 2025, he served at HTLF Bank, Bank of America and UMB Financial.

Kevin is also highly involved in the local community. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Greater Kansas City and Board of Directors for the Loose Family Foundation. Kevin is also active with KU Med Cancer Funding Partners and is a Centurions Leadership Program Alumni.
