A seasoned Retirement Plan Services Advisor with nearly two decades of experience in financial services, Kayla specializes in optimizing 401(k) plans and executive benefits programs, while driving participant education and engagement.

Prior to joining Busey in 2025, she worked for Fidelity Investments, Truist and Intellicents. In her current role, Kayla is responsible for retirement plan sales, relationship management and employee education in Busey’s West, Texas and Central Regions.

With a philosophy centered on building lasting trusted relationships, she gains a deep understanding of each client's goals. Believing the best outcomes result from collaboration, Kayla works alongside clients to design solutions that are practical and impactful—helping them feel confident in their retirement plan offering and financial future.

Kayla holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation and has her series 65 and 66 licenses. She is a member of WIPN and NAPA, and was a named a NAPA Woman of Excellence, MVP, in 2024 and 2025.
