On June 8, 2026, Busey launched Busey Digital Banking and the Busey Mobile app. This new, unified system will offers a singular platform for online banking.

Please follow the instructions below to update your QuickBooks or Quicken software to connect to Busey's updated platforms. Please search for Busey and select "Busey Bank" when reconnecting online or through Quickbooks.

 

Action Dates

The instructions refer to two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:

1st Action Date: 4 p.m. CT. on June 5, 2026

A data file backup and a first transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date, since your transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: 8 a.m. CT. on June 8, 2026

This is the action date for the remaining steps of the conversion instructions. You will deactivate/reactivate your online banking connection to ensure you get your current Quicken or Quickbooks accounts set up with the new connection.
