Intuit Connections

On June 8, 2026 Busey will launch Busey Digital Banking and the Busey Mobile app. This new, unified system will offer a singular platform for online banking, bringing Busey Wallet and eBank users together under a refreshed app and login.

If you use Busey Intuit products like Quickbooks or Quicken software, this upgrade will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available to download below. 

 

Action Dates

The instructions refer to two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below:

1st Action Date: 4 p.m. on June 5, 2026

A data file backup and a first transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date, since your transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: 8 a.m. on June 8, 2026

This is the action date for the remaining steps of the conversion instructions. You will deactivate/reactivate your online banking connection to ensure you get your current Quicken or Quickbooks accounts set up with the new connection.
