'Busey Bank's Summer Splash Giveaway' Official Rules

No purchase, account application, or obligation necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins and ends on June 28, 2024 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries are accepted from 10:00 AM CT to 4:00 PM CT on June 28, 2024.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow the clues posted on Busey's Facebook page to find the summer themed icons on busey.com. Click on the icon to be directed to the giveaway entry form. Fill out and submit the form. Up to five icons will be hidden on busey.com, with new ones appearing each hour.

Five winners will be chosen, one for each clue. At the end of the promotion, the winners will be contacted to arrange prize collection. Each prize pack retail value is $65.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook. You are providing your information to Busey, not Facebook. The information provided will only be used for this promotion. The promotion may be discontinued at any time.

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of First Busey Corporation and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are eligible to enter. Winners must claim their prize within five business days of the giveaway's close or the prize will no longer be redeemable.

PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: The prize packs are retail valued at $65, not returnable or redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted. If a winner cannot accept the prize, the Sponsor has no further obligation.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prizes may be distributed electronically, via the United States Postal Service, or picked up at participating Busey locations at Sponsor’s discretion.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to allow the Sponsor to use your name, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotion purposes without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues or problems that may cause errors, interruptions, or delays in the giveaway process.
