Important Details



No, your loan terms will remain the same. If your loan is approaching its renewal date, our team is happy to talk with you about our product options.
Renasant Bank will continue servicing your loan until February 1, 2026. When Busey begins servicing your loan on February 2, 2026, you can view your account with Busey using Busey Wallet, and our team will provide direct personalized service. 
Enroll online following the below steps:
  • provide your Last Name, Date of Birth, SSN/TIN, Zip Code and Requested User ID (you choose your User ID). If the username is available, you will receive an enrollment confirmation screen with your Login ID verified.
  • The system will provide the last 4 digits of your phone number(s) on file, and you will need to confirm the number you prefer for your verification call
  • The system will call you at the selected number to provide you a secure access code, which you will need to enter on the enrollment screen. Busey will never contact you via to ask you for your secure access code or password. 
  • Review and respond to electronic disclosures and agreements.
  • Finally, you will need to set your password.
  • After logging in, you will see your loan account listed.
After enrolling, you can log in at busey.com by selecting "Busey Wallet" from the login drop down. To log in on your mobile device, download the Busey Wallet app from the App Store or Google Play.

Please allow 2 business days after your initial log in to enroll in eStatements. If immediate access or historical documents are needed, please email us or call 630.570.2078 to speak with a member of the Life Equity Loan team.

Select Online Documents to view and download statement and notices. If you would like to enroll in eStatements or update your statement preferences, go to Settings and select Online Document Preferences. You will be prompted to sign a Documents agreement when you initially sign up for eStatements.
 
You can access eStatements starting on your date of eStatement enrollment, and all statements moving forward. Statements generated prior to your eStatement enrollment date will not be available online. Your statement history will be available online for up to 18-months from your initial enrollment date. 
 
  • From your Busey Wallet Dashboard, click Online Documents
  • Click “I Agree” to begin receiving your statements via email and online banking
With a Busey deposit account, you can advance your loan using Busey Wallet. Details about opening a deposit account with Busey are included below. Please contact your Life Equity Loan team for assistance with advances. 
  • Complete the required form and contact your Life Equity Loan® representative to establish a recurring automatic debit or ACH payment
  • Visit your local Busey Service Center to pay in person
  • Mail payments* to:
