Announcing the next generation of Busey Digital Banking—launching June 8, 2026.
We are pleased to announce the launch of a refreshed online and mobile banking experience designed to make managing your finances easier than ever. With faster navigation, improved tools, and a cleaner, more intuitive design, everything you need will be right at your fingertips.

- Subscribe to Busey's In The Know emails delivered each week to ensure you receive important updates at your preferred email address.
- Make sure your phone number on file is current to ensure you receive all necessary information and can log in on June 8.
- Via Busey – Mobile App: Once logged in, tap on the Profile Icon in the top right. (If you haven't changed your profile picture, your profile will default to your initials inside a circle.) Here, you can edit your preferred first name, address, email and phone number.
- Via eBank on your internet browser: Log in. On the eBank Dashboard, click on your name in the lower left corner, then click on Settings in the menu that appears. Once on the Settings screen, choose the Profile tab to update your preferred first name, address, email and phone.
- If you use eBank today, don’t create a Busey Wallet/Digital Banking account early; this could cause you additional complications and effort in June. (If you currently have both, don’t worry – we have you covered and will be in touch with more information soon.) Continue using your eBank online and mobile app as you normally do.

When will the new app be available?
Busey Digital Banking and the Busey Mobile app will launch on June 8, 2026.
Why is Busey updating the online banking system?
We are committed to continual improvement, and the new app offers a better experience for our clients, both at launch and in the future.
How is the new app different?
The app offers:
- a dashboard that is customized to your unique banking needs, whether you manage a small business, are growing your personal savings or growing wealth
- new tools, including budget management and spending analysis
- mobile-friendly 'widgets' for easy access to account info and regularly used features (like Bill Pay, etc.)
- better connections to external tools, allowing you to see non-Busey accounts, manage transfers, etc.
- sleeker, more intuitive design
We'll update this site weekly to share additional details, including screenshots about what to expect. We will also send you more information in our weekly In The Know emails--subscribe to make sure you don't miss anything.
How will this affect me?
Busey eBank will be retired on June 5, and current eBank users will be migrated to the new and improved Busey Digital Banking platform on June 8.
What do I need to do?
eBank mobile users will need to download the new app. Additional action items may be required and will be communicated directly to impacted users in advance. Please refer to the Action Items section above for steps you can take now.
