As a college intern, Ben first realized his goal of joining the banking industry by working alongside Busey’s credit analysts in the St. Louis region. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in marketing and played soccer at Saint Louis University. Giving back to his community is also important to Ben and has included volunteering with the Mathews-Dickey Boys’ & Girls’ Club in St. Louis.
