With over 25 years in the banking industry, Roy’s experience ranges from Retail Management to Wealth Management and Trust Services. Prior to joining Busey in 2022, he spent 12 years serving clients as a Business Banking Development Officer and Relationship Manager.

Following his countless client interactions, Roy knows there is no one specific way to successfully run a business nor one way to build wealth. His approach to working with clients is similar to that of an investment advisor—exploring different ideas to find a solution that they will feel comfortable with based on their personal situation and tolerance for risk.

Specializing in business acquisition, partner buyout and commercial real estate, Roy works with business owners to expand and grow their business, while helping them achieve their dreams of owning a business by leveraging SBA financing.
