How do I enroll in Mobile Deposits?
If you are using eBank:
- Through eBank, choose Deposit Checks from the navigation menu (on the left side of the screen)
- Next, select the Accounts tab to enroll your account
- Your enrollment will be sent to Busey Customer Care for review
- Once the enrollment has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you are using Busey Wallet:
- No enrollment procedure is required
Are there dollar limits to what I can deposit with eBank and Busey Wallet?
- Yes, users can deposit up to $2,500 per day and up to $10,000 per rolling 30 days.
Am I able to increase my deposit limits?
Contact Busey directly to review your account to see if you would qualify for higher deposit limits.
When will Mobile Deposits become available after deposit?
Mobile Deposits to consumer accounts are generally available on the next business day except for Bridge accounts and new accounts (less than 30 days) which are generally available on the 2nd business day. Availability may take longer if subject to additional verification.
