Tax Documents FAQs

If you enrolled to receive your tax documents through online banking by the end of the previous tax year, you could view them by following these steps:

 

• Login to your Busey Digital Banking account
• Click on “Online Documents” in the left-hand navigation menu
• In the “Account(s)” dropdown, select the account you want to retrieve the tax document for
• In the “Document Type” dropdown, select “Tax”, then click “Filter”.
• All available electronic tax documents will appear in downloadable form below the filters box. Tax documents will be denoted by year and title. i.e. “Tax Document January 2025.”
