Final CrossFirst Bank account statements will be generated on Friday, June 20. This special paper statement will include payment of all earned interest with any applicable fees assessed.

Beginning June 23, your monthly statement schedule will resume based on your CrossFirst statement cycle. You will notice a change in the appearance of your statements upon conversion. Quarterly Savings statements and payment of all earned interest will be delivered at the end of each calendar quarter. You will receive your first quarterly statement on June 30. If you are enrolled for eStatements with CrossFirst Bank, you will automatically receive Busey eStatements.

Beginning on June 23, ATM deposits must be made by 4 p.m. CT for the funds to be available within two business days. As a Busey customer, you will have access to approximately 40,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide through the MoneyPass® ATM network. Starting June 23, fees for non-Busey ATM transactions (Out of Network Fees) will no longer be waived for CrossFirst customers. View a full list of our ATMS.

Automatic payments scheduled for June 20, June 21 or June 22 will be processed on Friday, June 20. If the early processing of this payment results in an overdraft fee, you will receive a refund if applicable. Beginning June 23, Busey will process your existing direct deposits and recurring payments through your Busey account.

Both personal and business bill payment systems will be unavailable through CrossFirst Bank’s digital banking system as of 3 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 18. You will not be able to edit or cancel payments afterJune 18. Please note that June 19 is a holiday, and payments scheduled for June 20 and 21 will be processed as scheduled. Future dated payments scheduled for June 23 or later will be paid through Busey’s Bill Pay system.

You will receive your new Busey Debit Mastercard® in a white envelope in early June. Put it in a safe location and continue using your CrossFirst Bank Visa® debit card through June 22. On June 23, your CrossFirst Bank Visa® debit card will stop working, and you will need to activate your new Busey Debit Mastercard® by calling 1.800.672.8739 or visiting any Busey location. When you activate, please choose your PIN and begin using your new Busey Debit Mastercard® immediately.

If you have any automatic payments connected to your CrossFirst Bank Visa® debit card, you will need to update payments with your new Busey card information beginning on June 23. More information will be mailed to cardholders directly.

Beginning on June 23, Cashier’s Checks will no longer be available. Customers will be able to purchase Official Checks. See the Personal Account Disclosures and/or Business Account Disclosures for information on associated fees.

If you have CrossFirst’s Commercial credit card or the ProSuite Small Business card, please note that your Visa® credit card number(s) and billing account number(s) will remain the same. Your current card will continue to work seamlessly until you receive your new replacement card from Busey. There will be no changes to your billing cycle, statement delivery, payment options, early payment dates or statement due dates. You will also continue to use the same sign-on credentials for online access to eZBusiness Card Management, and your cardholders will keep their preferred online tools and expense management systems with no disruption.

If your loan is currently serviced by CrossFirst Bank, Busey will service your loan after conversion. While you will notice a few enhancements to your statement and notices, there will be no change to the terms of your loan or line of credit. There will be no change to the date you receive your Mortgage Periodic Statement. If CrossFirst established auto deductions for your loan payments, no action is needed—your payments will continue as usual. However, if you scheduled your payments through Bill pay or another service, please update the mailing address to ensure timely processing:

You can begin using your new Busey Debit Mastercard® immediately after activating your card on June 23. Your deposits will continue to be insured according to FDIC deposit rules. The standard maximum deposit insurance amount is $250,000 per depositor per insured depository institution for each account ownership category.

If you currently have deposits at Busey in addition to your accounts at CrossFirst Bank, your deposits will be separately insured for six months. CDs from CrossFirst Bank are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. Certificates of Deposit (CDs) that mature during the six-month grace period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount (either with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month grace period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period. If you have questions regarding your coverage, please contact your banker for a complimentary review or visit FDIC.gov.

To ease your transition, any monthly maintenance and paper statement fees on your personal accounts will be waived through September 30. Please refer to our Personal Account Disclosures and Business Account Disclosures for a complete listing of our fees.
CrossFirst Line of Credit customers can receive new HELOC checks updated with Busey information by request. Customers should continue to use current HELOC checks until they receive the replacement checks.

Beginning on June 23, foreign currency services will no longer be available in branch. However, CrossFirst Bank’s foreign currency exchange partner will continue offering self-service options to customers online. Visit order.ceifx.com to order foreign currency directly.

Qualifying accounts that are converting into Foundation Checking, Pillar Banking, Complete Business Checking and Essential Business Checking will be automatically enrolled in Busey Overdraft Advantage®. With the Busey Overdraft Advantage® program, Busey may approve your reasonable overdrafts that occur up to a limit. You must repay any overdraft immediately. A per item fee of $35 applies anytime this service is used. Items consist of, but are not limited to, checks, in-person withdrawals or other electronic means. Busey does not charge an overdraft fee for overdrafts created by a debit card or ATM transaction. The Overdraft Advantage® limit may be increased or decreased at Busey’s discretion based on the activity in your account.

Customers may elect to opt out of Busey’s Overdraft Advantage® service at any time by visiting your local branch, contacting Busey’s Customer Care at 1.800.672.8739 or messaging Customer Care online at busey.com.

If you are registered for eStatements, you can enroll in electronic notices after June 23 to receive a notice for items covered by Overdraft Advantage® electronically.

If you were previously enrolled in CrossFirst Bank’s Overdraft Protection to cover overdrafts, this will remain unchanged until further notice.

At this time, you may continue using your remaining CrossFirst Bank checks. In June, we will share a promotion for ordering new checks and related supplies through our preferred check provider, Deluxe®. With this promotion, consumer account holders will be able to order one free book of checks, and business clients will be able to receive $150 off of checks or related supplies when ordering through online banking or local branches.

If you wish to order checks from a different provider after June 23, please be sure to update your bank routing number to 071102568.

Beginning on June 23, we recommend you update your bank name and routing number to ensure uninterrupted service. You should provide these updates securely to anyone with whom you have established automatic payments or deposits. When we receive ACH transfer requests, we will also send a Notice of Change to companies using an outdated routing number, advising them to update your routing number information. Companies may contact you to confirm you are updating your routing number and bank name but should not require you to share your bank account information.

You will keep your current safe deposit box and your existing key. For billing purposes, you will notice your safe deposit box account number will change. This will not change your box number.

After June 23, 2025, you will receive a billing statement in the middle of the month prior to your safe deposit box anniversary date. Your payment amount will be mailed to you in a separate letter. Please note the following fees:
