The Busey Wire Desk Team looks forward to serving you after CrossFirst Bank’s conversion to Busey Bank on Monday, June 23, 2025.
To access the Busey Wire Desk, you will need to establish a new Wire Transfer Agreement with Busey. Please review the linked Wire Transfer Agreement and Incoming Wire Transfer Instructions. A separate Wire Transfer Agreement will be needed for each tax ID.
Once the Wire Transfer Agreement has been completed and returned, we will mail a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in a Busey envelope with instructions and a PIN Acknowledgment to sign and return.
For fastest processing, the Wire Transfer Agreement and the PIN Acknowledgment can be returned by emailing the Busey Wire Desk at WireDesk@busey.com. You can also return it by mail to this address:

To begin using the Busey Wire Desk on June 23, Busey must receive the Wire Transfer Agreement by May 15 and the PIN Acknowledgment by 12 p.m. CT on June 20.
For the best and fastest experience, manual wire transfers should be initiated through online banking where applicable. Wires processed by your banker could be subject to delays due to additional approvals needed.

Request a Wire
- Provide complete wire instructions, including all details on the Outgoing Wire Transfer Authorization Form. For fastest service, we recommend completing and emailing the form to WireDesk@busey.com.
- Alternately, you can call our team at 217.365.4155 and provide all of the answers to the form questions on the phone and our team will complete the form for you over the phone.
- After submitting form details, you must call the Busey Wire Desk, provide your PIN, and verify the amount. Please note that to protect customers' accounts, all customers with active Wire Transfer Agreements are required to confirm wire requests on a recorded line.
