In the fall of 2022, Busey proudly partnered with a community nonprofit in Central Illinois to plant 1,500 trees. This Earth Day, we want to partner with you to help support forest restoration.
When you open a new Foundation or Pillar checking account * and order a Mastercard® Debit Card between April 15th and May 15th, Busey will help plant five trees through the Priceless Planet Coalition. By choosing us, you're not just banking—you're helping to contribute to the sustainability of our planet.
Here’s How It Works:
- Open a new Foundation or Pillar checking account with Busey between April 15th and May 15th and order a debit card.
- Busey will help plant five trees by making a donation to Conservation International in recognition of your partnership.
Your actions help us restore forests and restore the planet.

* For each new Pillar or Foundation checking account opened and debit card ordered, Busey Bank will make a $10 donation to Conservation International, up to a maximum amount of $20,000. One new account opened per customer qualifies. New accounts only. Accounts must remain open 30 days to qualify. The approximate cost of planting one tree is $2. Promotion begins on April 15th and ends on May 15th or when the maximum amount is reached, whichever comes first. Conservation International is a U.S. 501(c)(3) charity.
