If I make a payment through Loan Pay, when will it be processed?
 
Payments made through Loan Pay before 5 pm CT will be processed the same day.
If I set up a loan payment through eBank, when will it be processed?

When you set up an external payment transfer through your eBank account, typically it will post the next day at the latest. For more information about making eBank transfers, visit the transfers section of our FAQ page.
Is there a charge to use Loan Pay?

There is a $5 processing fee for all Loan Pay transactions.
How can I avoid the $5 Loan Pay processing fee?

Busey offers fee-free loan payment options for all customers.

Retail customers:
  • Register for eBank
  • Sign up for a recurring ACH transfer. Please contact your Busey service center to fill out and submit the form.
  • Make a payment at any Busey service center
  • Set up a payment through another bank where you have an existing account. You can also establish a Busey deposit account to conveniently make direct payments. If you would like assistance applying for a Busey account, our Digital Relationship Banking team is ready to help. You can open a deposit account online or schedule a virtual or in-person Bank By Appointment session at a time that works for you.
